Residential Block + Multi Storey Car Park

This new build project located in Swindon Town Centre had very restricted access. This project was a Seven storey Assisted Living residential block standing 20m tall, there was also an 850 space multi-storey car park. This is the first phase of a multi-million pound regeneration scheme in the heart of Swindon.

Abbey provided all the scaffold access, internally and externally. Abbey were particularly challenged due to the location of this site, and the need to maintain pedestrian / vehicle access in the Town centre. This project duration was 10 months with a continuous presence on site.
