Health and Safety is at the heart of any professional scaffolding company’s strategy. Abbey Scaffolding (Swindon) invests heavily in the Health and Safety standards within our company. Abbey only uses fully trained, full time, competent labour force. All scaffolders hold CISRS cards. Abbey’s Management have many years experience in the scaffolding industry, qualifications include, NEBOSH, SMSTS, SSSTS, CISRS Scaffold Supervisor and CISRS Advanced Scaffold inspection. Abbey Scaffolding (Swindon) uses an external Health & Safety advisor for regular consultation and external auditing to ensure our standards are always kept high. Abbey is also a long standing member of NASC, the scaffolding industries governing body. Abbey is also proud to be CHAS, SMAS and Achilles accredited and a member of Constructionline and Builders Profile. The ingredients for a safe scaffold are trained competent scaffolders, quality materials and committed management – Abbey has invested significantly in each of these factors.
