Orchard Plaza

Abbey Scaffolding were tasked with providing access to all elevations of the Orchard Plaza in Poole, Dorset. Access was required to all elevations to carry out the essential work of replacing all cladding and insulation on the building to bring it in line with current regulations.
The Scaffold was completed in 3 phases with the end of the tower being cantilevered with a series of 1.3m deep beams, as to not sit on top of the fragile roof below.
All elevations were encapsulated with flame retardant sheeting provided and installed by ourselves.
