Alexandra House

Alexandra House was a complicated project due to its central town location and adjacent properties; the former office block was being turned into luxury apartments with a full access scaffold required for replacement of windows and repair works.
Due to neighbouring properties extensive beam work was required to navigate multiple roofs and create a workable scaffold.
A great amount of planning was incorporated into this project due to the busy public intersection and multiple delivery access.
